Tong Ming, Ip Ching and Oi-ling discuss open brain surgery. Oi-ling is designated as chief surgeon as she is really certain about her approach to complete removal of tumor in the brain. While Oi-ling and Yat-to casually talk about surgery, Oi-ling abruptly brings out a wedding ring and asks Yat-to to put it on for her.
